How to Purify the World? – संसार की शुद्धि

सूफी गुरु इब्न-अल-हुसैन से एक शिष्य ने पूछा – “दुनिया में शांति और पवित्रता कैसे आएगी?”

हुसैन ने कहा – “दमिश्क में अबू मूसा अल-कुमासी नामक एक शेख रहता था. उसके इल्म और अच्छाई की सब मिसाल देते थे लेकिन हक़ीक़त में किसी को यह पता नहीं था कि वह वाकई भला आदमी है भी या नहीं.”

“एक रोज़ किसी वज़ह से शेख का घर ढह गया और शेख और उसकी बीवी मलबे में दब गए. घबराए हुए पड़ोसियों ने मलबे में उनकी तलाश शुरू कर दी. उन्होंने शेख की बीवी को खोज लिया. बीवी ने पड़ोसियों को देखते ही कहा – “मेरी फ़िक्र मत करो और पहले मेरे शौहर को बचाओ! वे उस कोने में बैठे हुए थे!”

“पड़ोसियों ने बीवी की बताई जगह पर से मलबा हटाया और उन्हें लकड़ी की एक शहतीर के नीचे दबा शेख दिख गया. उन्हें देखते ही शेख ने चिल्लाकर कहा – “मैं ठीक हूँ! पहले मेरी बीवी को बचाओ! बेचारी उस कोने में कहीं दबी होगी!”

“जब भी कोई व्यक्ति ऐसा आचरण करेगा जैसा इन पति-पत्नी ने किया तो वह दुनिया में शांति और पवित्रता में इजाफ़ा ही करेगा”

How do we purify the world?- asked a disciple.
Ibn al-Husayn replied: – There was once a sheik in Damascus called Abu Musa al-Qumasi. Everyone honored him for his great wisdom, but no one knew whether he was a good man.
“One afternoon, a construction fault caused the house where the sheik lived with his wife, to collapse. The desperate neighbors began to dig the ruins; eventually, they managed to locate the sheik’s wife.
“She said: “Don’t worry about me. First save my husband, who was sitting somewhere over there.”
“The neighbors removed the rubble from the area she indicated, and found the sheik. He said: “Don’t worry about me. First save my wife, who was lying somewhere over there.”
“When someone acts as this couple did, he is purifying the whole world.”
